About Fatima's Charity

Fatima's Charity was founded to stand beside families in the Banaadir region who are caring for someone with a severe physical or developmental disability, often with no other help within reach.
We work with each family directly, bring what their situation calls for, and build a circle of people around those who are too often left alone. Every person we support is treated with the same dignity, no matter how severe the condition.
The charity is run from Columbus, Ohio, by a founder who travels to Banaadir to visit the families in person.
